Livelihood NW a business resource hub to connect entrepreneurs to a wide network of resources, tools, and additional professional services.

Prosper Portland an economic and urban development agency for the city of Portland.  We focus on building an equitable economy by carrying out a comprehensive range of economic development programs that support small business, 

Mercatus - A business directory and story archive that elevates entrepreneurs of color in Portland and connects the city with local talents, business and services.

ALIST - marketing, business and entrepreneurship guidance for women and women of color specifically 

Northwest Native Chamber - Dedicated to working with all members to transform the economic landscape for Native and tribal people in the Northwest.

 

Black Business Association of Portland - an economic development organization that strives to achieve economic equity that is sustainable and lasting in the state of Oregon.

The Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Oregon (PACCO)

Hacienda CDC a Latino-led Community Development Corporation that strengthens families by providing affordable housing, homeownership support, economic advancement and educational opportunities.

Venture Portland dedicated to strengthening relationships between business district associations and the local businesses in their community. Our organization prioritizes equity and outreach to engage with Portland’s BIPOC business communities to listen, learn, and share. The resources below highlight our partner organizations that work to uplift diverse business communities in our city.

Urban League of Portland one of Oregon’s oldest civil rights and social service organizations, empowering African-Americans and others to achieve equality in education, employment, health, economic security and quality of life.
